The Center for Advanced Studies on the Foundations of Law and Finance (LawFin) together with the members of GCGC organise the "2023 Global Corporate Governance Colloquia (GCGC)".
The ninth annual GCGC Conference will be hosted by the Seoul National University on 16 - 17 June 2023.

The Global Corporate Governance Colloquia (GCGC) is a global initiative to bring together the best research in law, economics, and finance relating to corporate governance at a yearly conference held at 12 leading universities in the Americas, Asia and Europe.
The 12 hosting institutions are: Columbia University, Goethe University Frankfurt (SAFE & LawFin), Harvard University, Imperial College London, National University of Singapore, Peking University, Seoul National University, Stanford University, Stockholm University, University of Oxford, University of Tokyo, and Yale University.
Organisation:
The conference will take place over two days. In addition to the research presentations, there will be two-panel discussions involving participants from industry and the public sector. The conference dinner will be held on the evening of 16 June 2023. The organisers will contribute towards the cost of travel and provide up to three nights of hotel accommodation for the presenters.
Note: It is intended to convene this meeting physically. However, in the event that it becomes unviable, it will take place online.
