Bo Becker (Stockholm School of Economics and Swedish House of Finance) and Martin Oehmke (London School of Economics) will present their ESRB SAC insight on a 28th insolvency law regime.

Jared Ellias (Harvard Law School) and Kristin van Zwieten (Oxford Law Department) will discuss the paper, followed by an open discussion with all participants.
