This 5th LawFin Workshop—the first in the series organized with the Department of Legal Studies at Bocconi University—will explore how venture capital contracting practices travel across European jurisdictions and how the E.U.’s proposal for a “28th regime” for startups aims to overcome persistent legal barriers to a unified European venture capital market. 
The program will feature academic presentations and a policymaking-oriented roundtable with representatives from academia, EU institutions, and the European venture capital ecosystem.
