This 7th LawFin Workshop—the third in the series jointly organised with the Department of Legal Studies at Bocconi University under the sponsorship of ECGI—examines the European Commission’s proposal for a “28th regime” and its potential to foster innovation in Europe.
The workshop brings together academic analysis and a policymaker-oriented discussion to explore the design and broader architecture of the proposed regime, its interaction with national corporate laws, and its implications for innovation policy, particularly with regard to venture capital-backed firms.
