This 6th LawFin Workshop—the second in the joint Bocconi–LawFin series under the sponsorship of ECGI—examines how U.S.-style venture capital contracts operate once embedded in the legal and institutional environments of Asia and Latin America.

The workshop brings together academic analysis and a practitioner-focused roundtable to explore contractual design, functional convergence, and cross-border structuring techniques in private equity and venture capital transactions.
