19th ECFR Symposium
The European Company and Financial Law Review (ECFR) in cooperation with the Center for Advanced Studies on the Foundations of Law and Finance (LawFin) jointly organize the
19th ECFR Symposium
on September 26, 2025 - 9:00h to 16:30h
at Goethe University Frankfurt.
The focus of our debates will be on capital markets in a de-globalizing world and on the recent EU initiative on introducing a 28th company law regime.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to choose whether they wish to participate in person or online (the link will be sent out a few days prior to the conference, you will be asked to tick the box for online participation when opening the registration form mentioned below).
There will be a pre-conference dinner on the evening of 25th September 2025.
The conference fee (catering) will amount to € 65,00, the dinner fee to € 50,00.
